I used to chase the high of productivity.
Every tick on the to-do list felt like proof..
I’m winning, I’m moving forward, I’m enough.
But on the days I couldn’t keep up?
I’d feel like I failed.
Not just the plan… but myself.
That’s when I realized the real problem:
I had started tying my self-worth to my output.
When we begin to become our to-do list, rest feels like a threat.
We forget we’re human, not a machine.
Now, I’m learning to measure my day not by what I finish…
But by how I feel, who I was while doing it, and whether I stayed connected to myself.
What would it look like to measure your worth by who you are, not what you do?
Keep playing your infinite game,
Coach Sid
